We have all experienced the significant stress and exponential impact of the past year, especially if you are a business owner. To better understand the unique pressures that entrepreneurs face, BDC supported the Canadian Mental Health Association to survey almost 500 small and medium-sized businesses. So, in this episode I want to share with you some of the key findings from this study and explain why mental health is so important to talk about.

Mental health issues are not as uncommon as you may think in the work place. Entrepreneurs who are concerned about anxiety, stress, depression or any other mental health issue, should consult a doctor or a mental health professional. Remember,  just like with financial fitness, you do not need to handle any of this alone.

So what were the reported impacts of mental health issues at work ... 67% stressed about their cash flow.” - Tracey Bissett
